Owner details pending
The owner’s legal name and business address will be added later. This version contains the detailed policy text, but does not replace a finalized notice with full provider identification.
Request provider detailsWebsite, provider and acceptance
Desarrollador Web México presents web design, development, e-commerce and technical SEO services. Website-use conditions apply to browsing; commissioning a project requires a clear agreement between the parties.
The provider’s full legal identification is still to be supplied in the legal notice. Before contracting or paying, ask for the provider’s legal name, address and relevant tax details. Browsing or sending an inquiry does not require you to buy.
Information, examples and tools
Portfolio items are illustrative concepts unless expressly identified as authorized completed work. Device previews, animation and sample elements demonstrate design possibilities; they do not establish sales, search positions or measured performance.
The SEO planner suggests titles, keywords and actions from your input. It does not crawl your website or replace a technical audit. The quote configurator provides guidance; the final proposal must identify assumptions, scope, total price and applicable taxes.
How a project is agreed
An inquiry is followed by clarification and a proposal. Before work starts, the parties should agree deliverables, features, content, languages, schedule, price, taxes, payment stages, acceptance criteria and support.
Acceptance should be documented in a form that preserves evidence. A bank transfer alone or the inquiry form does not replace a complete service description. Verify official payment instructions and the beneficiary before sending money.
Scope and client responsibilities
The client must provide clear instructions, owned or licensed materials, timely reviews and approvals, and necessary third-party access. Anyone acting for a business must be authorized to do so.
Never send credentials through public forms. Technical access should use an agreed channel and limited permissions. Copywriting, translation, photography, bulk data entry, legal advice and other tasks are included only if stated in the proposal.
Schedules, revisions and changes
Displayed timeframes are indicative until a schedule is agreed. They depend on scope, content, access, approvals and external services. Delays should be communicated and their impact agreed.
The proposal should define revision rounds and scope changes. Additional pages, features or revisions after approval may require a further quote accepted before work proceeds. Unapproved additions will not be charged.
Deliveries, review and support
The proposal will define delivery and issue-reporting arrangements. The client should have a reasonable opportunity to review against agreed criteria. Service defects are addressed under the agreement and applicable rights.
Support, maintenance, monitoring, domain renewals, content changes and out-of-hours availability are not presumed indefinite. Their duration, scope and cost must be specified. An inquiry alone does not establish permanent support.
Payments and external services
Deposits, milestones, due dates and renewals will be specified in writing. The payments, cancellations and refunds policy supplements these terms without reducing mandatory rights.
Domains, email, payment gateways, licenses, scheduling tools and other providers have their own costs and conditions. The proposal must clarify who contracts and administers them. External account approvals, availability and continuity cannot be guaranteed.
Intellectual property and client materials
Client-supplied materials remain with their owner or licensor. The client must have the required permissions. Clearly unlawful content will not be published and third-party rights notices must be respected.
The project agreement defines deliverable licenses or assignments, files to be handed over, and any conditions linked to payment. Pre-existing tools, reusable components, open-source software, fonts and third-party assets retain their respective licenses. Browsing or requesting a quote does not transfer rights in the brand or website.
Showing a client project in the portfolio requires appropriate authorization and respect for agreed confidentiality.
Permitted use and security
Do not access another person’s inquiries, alter records, bypass controls, submit malware, impersonate others or overload the forms. Abusive requests may be limited and access restricted when reasonably necessary to protect the service.
Security measures do not authorize access to other users’ private information. Security testing requires prior authorization and an agreed scope.
Outcomes, responsibility and disputes
Search rankings, sales, traffic, ad approvals and fixed performance scores are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on business and third-party factors. Any specific guarantee must be documented in the agreement.
These terms do not remove non-waivable rights, liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remedies for failure to perform. Contact contacto@desarrolladorwebmexico.com with your reference and requested resolution. Good-faith resolution does not prevent recourse to PROFECO or another competent authority where applicable.
Applicable law and changes
Mexican law and any mandatory rules applicable to the particular relationship are considered. There is no general waiver of consumer protections or legally available jurisdiction.
Updates are dated and published here. They do not retrospectively change an agreed project’s prices, deliverables or rights without the acceptance and legal basis required. English is provided for convenience and does not remove statutory rights.
