Owner details pending
The owner’s legal name and business address will be added later. This version contains the detailed policy text, but does not replace a finalized notice with full provider identification.
Request provider detailsBefore contracting or paying
Requesting a quote is free. The website has no checkout that charges cards, creates recurring billing or automatically confirms a purchase. Configurator ranges are indicative and do not replace a proposal.
Before payment, confirm the provider’s legal identity and address, scope, total price, taxes, payment method, milestones, schedule, deliverables and cancellation arrangements. This page does not invent a deposit percentage or support period.
Currency, taxes and payment confirmation
Configurator amounts are in Mexican pesos. Dollar equivalents are approximate and are not a live exchange rate. The proposal should identify payment currency, total, applicable taxes and external charges before acceptance.
Use payment instructions verified through an official email channel. Keep your reference and receipt. Do not share bank credentials or full card details through the form; any required invoicing information should use an appropriate channel.
Deposits and staged payments
Agreed deposits and milestones should identify the work, amounts and start conditions for each stage. A payment does not authorize additional unapproved costs or services.
Any pause for missed payment must be communicated reasonably and follow the agreement and law. Personal data must not be withheld as commercial pressure. Deliveries and material licenses follow the agreement and applicable rights.
Requesting cancellation
Email contacto@desarrolladorwebmexico.com with your name, reference, project, payment information and requested cancellation or adjustment. Explain whether you want new work paused while the request is reviewed.
The review should explain work completed and third-party commitments. External-service cancellations may require separate action under conditions disclosed before purchase.
Refund assessment
Any refund assessment should identify money paid, services not supplied and any lawfully relevant items. Cancellation alone does not trigger an automatic penalty or blanket forfeiture of a deposit.
Before work starts, unused funds will be reviewed for repayment. Once work starts, any deduction must relate to work actually completed or previously approved, documented third-party costs, to the extent permitted by law. Labeling a cost irreversible does not automatically make it so.
Where the provider is responsible for non-performance, applicable correction, repayment and other remedies remain available; they are not replaced by compulsory store credit. Refund method and timing will be confirmed in writing and follow applicable legal deadlines.
Consumer rights and withdrawal
Any applicable legal withdrawal, refund or compensation right prevails. Such rights are not automatically excluded because a service is digital or customized. Their application and time limits depend on the transaction and relevant rules.
This page does not prevent contacting PROFECO, a financial institution or another competent authority. Contacting us first can help resolve an issue but does not remove available legal remedies.
Renewals and ending a service
Maintenance, domains, licenses and other recurring services require express period, renewal and cancellation conditions. This form does not activate automatic charges.
On termination, the parties should agree delivery or return of included materials, access and files, handling of information and removal of technical permissions. Keep your own copies of materials you are entitled to retain.
